Our publications are the longest running and most respected magazines of their type in the regions they cover. For over 35 years Homes Pictorial has been the real estate agent's preferred gloss property guide throughout Western Sydney and the Central Coast. While relative new comers (if over ten years can be called new), Property Showcase and Focus On Property are seen as the real estate bibles in their respective regions of Sydney's Hills and Northern areas and the Blue Mountains.
Each month, over 200 professional agents advertise in a REPA magazine. Our publications feature more properties from more agents than any other property magazine of their type. We've maintained our position as the preferred publication of real estate professionals through our committment to publishing cost-effective, quality real estate guides, week after week, year after year - without fail and without drama. During the 2007-2008 financial year alone we printed over 1.6 million pages of properties for sale with every publication distributed directly to people interested in the property market via our network of participating professional real estate agents.

Sydney's longest running real estate magazine. Homes Pictorial has been the standard against which other real estate guides are measured for over 35 years. Since inseption it has consistantly featured more properties for sale from more real estate agents than any other publication of it's type.
Homes Pictorial is distributed across Western Sydney and as far south as Camden and Picton.

Property Showcase: Coast & Hunter
REPA's Coast & Hunter publication has been providing real estate agents throughout the Central Coast, Hunter and Newcastle regions with an alternative to newspaper advertising for over 15 years. Coast & Hunter's wide distribution footprint and magazine format make it the perfect portable advertising medium for the region.
In November 2009 we rebranded the publication as Property Showcase: Coast & Hunter. As part of the rebranding exercise, the publication received a facelift and new larger format.
Property Showcase
If Homes Pictorial is the king of Sydney real estate then Property Showcase is the crown prince. Originally featuring the more prestigious properties from around the Hills and Hills Rural areas, Showcase quickly gained support from real estate agents and vendors looking to showcase their properties. Today, Property Showcase is distributed across the Hills and Hills Rural region, into the Northern districts and throughout the Hawkesbury area.

Focus On Property
Focus has been the Blue Mountain's real estate bible for 15 years. Agents looking for an alternative to local newspapers found Focus to be the perfect vehicle to present properties and homes from throughout the Blue Mountains and surrounding regions to their marketplace.
Our goal is to provide real estate agents and their vendors with quality publications that showcase and sell their properties. Its a goal we've been fulfilling for over 35 years and one we intend to continue for many years to come.
